No weeds allowed! We recapped from the beginning and from the time I seeded to me pulling up the erosion matting was 12 days- impressive! The seed was quick to germinate and I had almost no issues pulling the matting up. Most people wait until the grass is taller before they start mowing but I need to keep this turf around 1”… so maybe I should start mowing now? Big problem avoided with the right equipment. Also, who knows a groundskeeper for FIFA? Let’s get me out to mow a pitch! After the rain made the dirt harden over, I knew using a slit seeder would break it up perfectly. I did have to spend more time re-dragging it to ensure it was buttery smooth. My back was feeling it after this one… or maybe it was still from removing the sod in the last video… You can’t have green grass without water and you don’t want to roll an ankle of a bumpy lawn.
