Mango matcha latte Ingredients • 1 ripe mango, cubed • 3g matcha powder • 45ml water (hot, 70–80°C) • 180ml milk of choice • Ice cubes • Honey or maple syrup, to taste (optional) Instructions 1. Blend the cubed mango into a smooth purée. Taste and sweeten with honey or maple syrup if desired. 2. Prepare the matcha by whisking the powder with hot water using a bamboo whisk until smooth and frothy. 3. In a glass, add 3 tablespoons of mango purée at the bottom. 4. Fill the glass with ice
